Abstract

The importance of enterprise collaborations is steadily growing because of the growing tendency towards work sharing and core competencies. Consequently planning and management of enterprise collaborations depends on accurate prognosis and forecasting of several organisational aspects. One key question is the appropriate selection of ICT –systems supporting the individual collaborative relationships. This paper presents a system-oriented view on the necessity of analysing collaborative relationships. Thanks to this analysis it will be easier to select the appropriate ICT-tools for the respective collaborative relationships.
